The quality of the seawater we provide is the result of a combination of several essential factors: the location of the pumping station, a controlled collection process, a special mechanical filtration process and continual monitoring of seawater quality.

Oyster farming activity in the area ensures it is closely monitored by the Ifremer marine research institute. Our collection area is in Category A under IFREMER’s classification. 

The seawater quality is thus closely monitored through these programmes :
